Community guidelines

Wizoop is for playing, learning and competing together, at home, in class and with friends. These rules keep it a good place for everyone, including children.

What is not allowed in a quiz

• Sexual content designed to arouse, sexual services or solicitation, or any sexual content involving children.
• Threats, harassment or targeted hate, including content that dehumanises people for who they are.
• Graphic violence, or content whose main purpose is to shock or disturb.
• Content that encourages or explains self-harm, suicide or other dangerous acts.
• Scams, fraud, or content that tricks people into handing over money or personal details.
• Anything that helps someone cause serious harm to others.

Education is welcome

A quiz about human biology, health, history or difficult events in the past is fine when it teaches facts. What matters is the purpose and the way it is written, not whether a topic is sensitive.

Quizzes for young players

Players often use nicknames, so please never put real names, phone numbers, addresses or photos of children in a quiz. When you publish a quiz for young players, choose a leaderboard that hides names.

Checks before publishing

Before a quiz goes live, Wizoop checks it automatically. A quiz that breaks these guidelines is not published, and a quiz that is found to break them later may be taken down.
